no because plant estrogen’s are weak and there not identical to animal estrogen’s only similar . Another thing is that they can have breast reduction properties i mean because this weak plant estrogen’s tend to block the estrogen receptors in the body of a female causing a rejection of the real estrogen when available and without the real thing there is no development. Saw palmetto has no estrogen like hormone Fenungreek and wild yam contain a hormone like substance call Diosenjin is more similar to progesterone than estrogen Soy isoflavones contains the phyto estrogen that are more similar to animal estrogen but they are no good for breast enhancement look at all of the oriental ladies that consume this all there life they don’t have big breast to the contrary they are Small A word of caution about Black Cohosh this herb has estrogen like hormones but is not recommended for long period use because it contains a substance that is carditonic it stimulates the heart can cause tachycardia if use for long time
